Gold Cap Chimay Doree is brewed with dried orange peel and coriander, this spicy ale was created by the Trappist monks at Scourmont Abbey in Belgium to pair with their evening meals. Alc.4.8%

The Chimay Red is Chimay's oldest beer and has a beautiful copper color.  The beer has notes of caramel, malt and toast that go well with the more fruity notes of apricot and banana.

A dark and fruity beer. The powerful aroma and complex flavor of Chimay Blue improves with age. After a few years, the notes of port and sherry also begin to develop.

   La Trappe Witte Trappist Whiteä is white coloured and has quite a full and creamy head. This glorious craft beer has a beautiful body and a wonderful aroma.  Alc.5.5%

 The beer has been brewed for the Abbey on the Katsberg in Godewaarsvelde in the Abbey of Notre-Dame de Scourmont in Chimay. It is an amber colored beer. Alc.7.6%

Reddish-brown with amber-gold highlights. A refined, soft spiciness in the bouquet finishes with an intense taste of caramel, fruit, and hints of raisins.

 St. Bernardus Pater 6 is a traditional abbey style dubbel, chestnut in color, very fruity with notes of melon and very fresh banana, finishing with slight bitterness.   Alc.6.7%

  Aroma is subtely malty with hints of roasted coffee beans. Color is a deep, opaque, chocolate brown with a quickly dissipating head. Taste is sweet. The body is medium. Lively carbonation characterized by very fine bubbles. Finish is sweet and long.   Alc.8%

  St. Bernardus Tripel has a slightly sweet aroma and a floral, fruity taste where bitter and sweet keep each other in perfect harmony.   Alc.8%

 Famed for its zesty tastes of coriander and orange, with background touches of spicy cloves, fragrant with fruit and citrus. The mild mouth feel produces a lovely interaction between the sweet malty taste and the refreshing touches of acid to produce a feeling of freshness overall.  Alc.5.5%

This Christmas beer with spicy aromas is deeply dark with a full fruity taste. Notes of anise are complemented by hints of creamy caramel and roasted chestnut. A sublime aftertaste of dried fruit and chocolate.  Alc.10%

Belgoo Magus contains refreshing and light flavors with a hint of citrus and herbs. It has a pale hazy yellow color with a frothy white head. The aroma of Belgoo Magus has notes of coriander, orange peel and wheat.
